Beauparlant Design - Toronto, Annex Residence

This annex residence was thoroughly renovated over a period of 3 years starting with the ground floor kitchen, powder room and foyer, followed by the finished basement with nanny suite and the 3rd floor bathroom and children's rooms. The kitchen was enlarged by removing partition walls and visually extended with fitted cabinetry. An integrated banquette conceals the basement staircase and adds seating in the galley plan configuration.

The finest materials and fabrication were used to compliment this historic Toronto home. The kitchen features painted face frame cabinets with honed nero asoluto counter, and the carrera marble island is set on large commercial casters. The reclaimed elm floor was finished on site. The entrance foyer features a new travertine limestone floor in a bordered herringbone pattern.
